Great food and good service. Bit of a hiccup with the order as 1 meal was forgotten and took a while to get. However... there was quite a few of us and it was understandable as it was a little chaotic. Pretty reasonably priced as well!read more

Food was good, staff friendly. Took tracing precautions. But had to sit inside because patio was full and NO air... conditioning or circulation. Was sweating while eating. It would have cooler outside.read more

Nice patio, but disappointed with their food. I ordered the veggie burger. The bottom bun fell apart after my second... bite so it was less than enjoyable. Burgers should not be consumed by knife and fork. When settling the bill I told our waiter about my food experience. He said it's a gluten free bun (it comes with it - I didn't ask for it) and that they had the same problem with the previous buns.read more

Great patio, friendly, attentive staff. Food is decent. Tetley's Ale they have on draught is very refreshing.

At the first moment you arrive in this restaurant team give you an enjoyable feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a... friendly place to hang out with friends or with your date. Excellent cuisine, specialist chief cook and stuff, modest cost and nice service. Highly recommended.read more

Nice place; done as an old style pub. Used to be a lower-end watering hole when I was in high school and us under-age... drinkers would be told to "be like Bobby Orr and get the puck out of here" (lol) so I really like what they've done with the place. You can have a large scale gathering or a quiet drink and good pub food.read more

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. We tried the Taste of Burlington menu with mixed results. Starter soup was tasty... as was Beef Wellington. The lobster Mac and cheese had issues. Flavor was good but I would prefer more of a sauce. Lobster was plentiful but not well prepared, lots of hard bits. Dessert was quite good - bread pudding and ice cream. I think we will come back during patio season or maybe try wing night.read more

I wouldn't go back here if you paid me. This was my worst pub experience in my life. We were told the taste of... Burlington prix fixe menu was starting today. Yay. We ordered all our food. Salad came with cheese when we asked for none. Kids food came fifteen minutes later (restaurant was nearly empty). Forty five minutes after that our food came and we were told that it's because the price fixe menu takes an hour to prep (salad, chicken sandwich, bread pudding). If you see a family with four young children ordering maybe you'd want them to reorder if you know they are going to have to wait an eternity? Did we get a discount? Nope. All we got was a dirty look from another waitress when we politely said we had asked for our salad not to have cheese. I considered leaving 0 percent as a tip which is something I have never done once in my life. I will never go back to this restaurant again, nor will any of my family members nor anyone I know. Be forewarned.read more

Recently visited this location.Yes it's great we can bring our dog but service was not very good. We waited 40mins... before even getting a menu and had to request it. Then we asked about the drink menu and were told there wasn't one but no options were given. Then waited even longer and our food did not come out. We have been now here for over an hour and we still don't even have food. No drink options to go with our meal.We asked for water, ice and lemon and got water with no ice or lemon. Not a great first impression and probably won't be back.See below for how busy it isn't.read more

Thankyou for the wonderful relaxing meal. The atmosphere was very nice, relaxing. It reminded me of mine and my... husband's trip to England. Decorating was very interesting. Very warm and welcoming. The Steak and mushroom pie was excellent! A very generous portion cooked just right. I can't believe I ate the whole thing!! My server Duane was excellent! I would come back again and highly recommend it to my friends and family! Thankyou again!read more

Great British style restaurant and pub in the heart of Burlington. Plenty of traditional English fare and a wide... variety on tap. We always enjoy the fish and chips. The liver and onions is also very good. Staff are friendly and efficient and great prices. On Wednesday nights they have trivia and they have live entertainment most weekends. They have a great patio as well as a banquet room with billiard tables. Always a favourite!read more
