1st time ordering from this location. Ordered a party size pizza with mixed toppings. First issue was the bottom crust... was so thin that was almost impossible to pick up a slice. Secondly, all 4 of us could not detect any cheese. When I phoned to voice my concerns, I was told they put cheese on every pizza and that it was a busy night. Ordered the two item large pizza. Comes with 2 pop or two dips. Mine was Hawaiian. Ham & Pineapple and I added bacon.... Good crust, nice sauce, fresh pineapple, nice to see real ham and side bacon. Too many other places use processed bacon. The young employee was busy but Freindly and efficient. One of the better pizzas I've had lately.read more

Discovered this place today and I must say, it’s the best vegan pizza I’ve had to date! It’s not an easy task... finding a good restaurant that caters to vegans and non vegans but Pizzaiolo Gourmet Pizza exceeded my expectations! The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well! We order it frequently and always enjoy fresh and delicious pizza. Menu has tons of options for meat and vegetarian pizzas, so there is no shortage of choices. I love their thin crust pizza the best. I've been enjoying my lunch here almost every day for two months now and its exceptionally wonderful. Pizza has gourmet... ingredients and the staff are quite friendly people. Bea and Peter are polite and even go over the top by bringing the pizza to your table. Pizza is hot and fresh (not stolen from Little Caesars) and perfect every time. Recommend this place for sure.read more

My Visit at this Pizza store has refined my overall experience in the fast food world. I was stopped by at Pizzaiolo... in Downtown Burlington. A Young Man at the Counter was very busy Serving other Customers, and a lady was on the Phone taking Orders. He was very Friendly as i explained this my first Visit here. Helped me with my choice of the size and the toppings and very detailed he told me about the History of the Pizza Store. Him and his Wife are the Owners. I was very pleased with the conversation with both of them but what really blowed my mind was the pizza. I travel a lot and never had such a great tasting pizza with so fresh ingredients. That was a one of a kind experience for me. Great Place and Fantastic People. Thumbs up!read more

First time trying this pizza, and i must say this is the best pizza ive tasted. The quality is perfection and it has... the right amount of crunch to it. I like how they put the topping right at the end of the crust. I thought pizza nova was good, but pizzaiolo is soooo much better.read more

Roll dough. Add four ingredients. Bake. Apparently that's more difficult than it sounds. This is the only pizza I've... ever had in 56 years where I literally had to add ketchup (yuck) because the was so little sauce. And here's the kicker... my order indicated EXTRA SAUCE... because I read other reviews here that mentioned the cheapness of the sauce application!!! Attached a picture.... but didn't see it load. Anway..gawd... what's pizza with regular sauce look like? Furthermore, the pizza was over cooked, with heavily darkened under crust, and when you bite into a piece and the entire shelf of cheese and all toppings comes off in one firm piece and hangs down over your chin. I was going to return it... but was in a time sensitive job and couldn't. Now folks... get ready for the copy & paste "we're sorry... give us another chance..." response from the owner who clearly hasn't done anything since the last person with a complaint such as mine posted their dissatisfaction.read more
